Lea Kristina Brückner

Lea Brückner was born into a non musician family and started to play the violin at the age of 7. She is currently studying her masters degree with Prof.Alissa Margulis at the Folkwang University of the Arts. She won several prices for example in the german national youth competition.
Masterclasses with Bohuslav Matousek, Boris Garlitsky or Julia Fischer etc. enlarged her playing. As a eco-conscious artist she designs a new imagine of the „new generation“ of musician and is using the stage to draw attention to worldwide problems as discrimination or the climate crisis. In March 2021 she organised the digital project „Music for our planet“ during the pandemic. Musicians like Yury Revich or Stuttgarter Philharmoniker were taking part in it to send a sing as a music community for a sustainable and fair future on our planet.
As a soloist she was invited by the New Philharmonic Orchestra Berlin and Symphonyorchestra Bergisch Gladbach, by Festivals like the chamber music festival in Montepulcciano or in Montbron etc. She plays regularly with musicians like Echo-Prize winner Jozsef Lendvay.
